This often overlooked component of healthy exercise is also crucial to preventing injury. Master Trainer and Coordinator of Fitness Services at Washington State University, Ramon Sodano, will walk you step by step through his research-based four part warm up protocol during his next live online event. April 18 6:30-7:30PM Spring Rendezvous ASWSU Global will be hosting the Annual Rendezvous Event at Great Wolf Lodge. This day will be fun-filled with workshops for students and activities for the kids. There will also be a resource fair throughout the day. There will be 1 credit course offered that you can register for with your Spring Courses. There will be a raffles at the end of the day for participation in the activities throughout the day.
