Online fitness classes continue to be FREE for students, members, and non-members with a WSU NID.

UREC fitness classes are supported by the WSU Services & Activities Fee.

Spring 2021 Session 2: Registration Opens February 22

Session 2 classes will run March 15-May 2. All online classes remain FREE for students, members, and non-members with a WSU NID. Zoom links will be emailed directly upon registration. Registration is open until May 2 below.

Sweat the Stress: May 3-7

A PDF of our Sweat the Stress schedule will become available soon. Registration opens April 12.

We are offering FREE fitness classes throughout the week! Please note that not all Session 2 classes will occur during Sweat the Stress. Prior, separate registration from Session 2 is required.

Other online resources are available. 

Workouts of the Day: Workout on your own with our daily WOD! Each WOD will have progressions and regressions and options for minimal or no equipment.
