Live Webinar: Boost the Immune We see very often in westernized cultures that individuals tend to treat their health in a reactionary style rather than a preventive one. This means that we wait for an issue to arise before taking care of it rather than implementing strategies to prevent it from occurring all together. This is a fallacy we must overcome. In knowing this, now more than ever is the time to have a discussion concerning our immune system and how to optimize it. An augmented immune system can assist in preventing ailments from occurring, while also helping make sure they don’t’ worsen when they do arise. In this webinar Ramon Sodano, Coordinator of Fitness Services and Education at Washington State University, will discuss several easy-to-apply strategies that can help you boost your immune system. Mental Health Reimbursement  WSU Global Campus students are eligible for reimbursements related to mental health and wellness. This is a first-come, first-serve reimbursement program for students looking to improve their overall mental health and wellness. Apps and wellness services are eligible to be reimbursed up to 50% of cost before tax for a maximum of $360 per year.  Deadline: 4-6 weeks before the end of the semester
