Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid consists of a 2-hour pre-work session followed by a 6-hour training that teaches skills to help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis. This training is available to all WSU students, faculty, and staff on any campus or location. Pre-registration is required and course seating is limited.

  • Wednesday, Jan 25th 9AM – 4PM, Deadline for registration: Jan 11th
  • Tuesday, Feb 14th 9AM – 4PM, Deadline for registration: Jan 31st
  • Tuesday, March 7th 9AM – 4PM, Deadline for registration: Feb 21st
  • Thursday, March 30th 9AM – 4PM, Deadline for registration: March 16th
  • Wednesday, April 19th 9AM – 4PM, Deadline for registration: April 5th

Cougs for Recovery Weekly Meetings

Every Wednesday, 3:00-4:00pm

Weekly All Recovery meeting for students in recovery and those interested in exploring recovery. Also, it's a supportive place for those who have loved ones struggling with substance misuse or other addictive behaviors.
