Wellbeing Online is excited to bring this opportunity to global campus students – the Cyber Coug Fitness Club: Gym Reimbursement Program! As part of this program, global campus students can submit receipts for their local gym membership (new and current), and complete 3 healthy habits to earn up to $125 each semester!
Note, part time students are only eligible for a max of a $100 refund.
How does it work?
Complete the application form before the semester deadline (see below). Wellbeing Online will review your application. Application in the program is limited by funds available and the level of enrollment. You will be notified once your application is approved.
How to fill out application form:
Step 1: Fill out all personal info. Make sure to submit all the correct information such as ID number, email, student status, credit load, and so on. Note, OMBA and EMBA students are not eligible for reimbursement.
Step 2: Submit your membership or monthly payment receipts. You will upload a copy of your receipt on the application form in the "File Upload" section. Your receipt must show your name, the price per month and the dates covered by the purchase. Note, you can upload a copy of your receipt via picture, electronic copy, bank statement, or any other means that will illustrate the requirements listed above.
Reimbursements will be made on a semester basis and distributed after the submission deadline.
- For Fall memberships (Aug 1 - Dec 1), submission deadline is November 15
- For Spring memberships (Dec 1 - May 1), submission deadline is April 15
- For Summer memberships (May 1 - Aug 1), submission deadline is July 15
Refunds are processed after the submission deadline and can be expected to be distributed into students accounts 3-4 weeks after the submission deadline. Note, early birds who get their forms submitted by Nov 1, April 1, and July 1 will receive their reimbursement before the semester ends. Those who submit from the 1st-15th should expect their reimbursement early the following month (For example, in early December for Fall Semester).
Registration and submission of receipts qualifies students for partial reimbursement ($100 for full time students and $75 for part time students), Move on to Step 3 to get more money.
Step 3: Complete additional healthy habits! To receive the $125 max for full time students, or the $100 max for part time students complete three additional healthy habits and submit them with the application form. Healthy Habits include:
- Any wellbeing workshops
- Fitness classes
- Personal Training sessions
- Nutritional consultations
- Massage Therapy
- Annual preventative check-ups (physical exam, eye doctor, dentist, etc.)
- Trying a new recipe
- A mindfulness practice
