Be Present Tip:

Rushing to get lunch. Rushing to get out of the grocery store. Constantly rushing keeps the body and mind in a state of fight or flight and this can result in impulsive decisions.  When considering how you spend your time and money, pause to consider how you feel about the expenditure. Maybe it’s time for a breather. Next time you find yourself in the state of “rushing,” ask yourself “Do I really need to be hurrying?” In most cases, the answer is likely “No.” So take a breath and slow down. Your body, mind and wallet will thank you.

Financial Wellbeing relates to the incorporation of financial resources into our vision of security and personal fulfillment. Achieving improved financial wellbeing includes informed decision-making, learning how to use credit wisely, and discovering how to save, and plan for our future. Many of us embrace important goals that incorporate our finances, and we each have a unique concept of a rewarding life.  Financial wellbeing is to have the financial means to comfortably attain whatever personal goals we have in order to attain a gratifying lifestyle.
